Stihl 056 in possibly running condition. Was part of deal and don’t have time to tinker with. Looks to be a super or magnum based on side exhaust. I was told it was running a couple months ago. Pull cord is gone. Should be easy fix. $225 pho or $260 with decent 25” bar see model# in pic. Shipping is additional and will be calculated based on your location. Payment by PayPal friends and family only. Feel free to ask questions.

I'm no 045 056 guru but both my regular 045 and 056 have side port exhaust. Good deal though if its a super or mag.

The 045 and 056 will take the side exhaust mufflers but you have to break the cylinder fins for it to work, the super and the Magnums have shorter fins to clear the muffler in that spot. The Magnum also usually had the exhaust cover that screwed to the top abover the exhaust to divert the exhaust downward, you can see the holes for the diverter there on the top. Its not a definitive characteristic of a magnum but its a good sign.

Interesting, I haven't had my saws apart yet but both have that exhaust with not cut fins.

Well thats the difference between the super’s and regular cylinders, if its a regular cylinder then there will be broke/cut fins there, now they may be ground off but the mufflwr wont fit unless you cleareace the cylindwr on a regular 056/045
