Stihl 088 Oiler Question

So I finally decided to pull out the 088 I bought a while back. Not oiling properly. Pulled cover and seen the oil tank vent is blue. Is it aftermarket? Never seen a blue one before.
Update - Removed clutch and found the spur gear is hammered.

They are typically blue, unless someone used an aftermarket vent.
