Stihl 2 in 1 sharpener file stuck in guide

I bought a Stihl 2 in 1 chainsaw file sharpener last month. When I tried removing the two round files from the guide for the first time one of them stuck in the guide. It won't budge even when I pull with pliers. The other round file comes out easily. What can I do?

Did you try to disassemble the the file.
Another option would be to simply take the chain off to dislodge.
A new chain can be a challenge sometimes getting the angle right while avoiding the inside of the raker.
On a new Stihl green chain I take a flat file to the inside of raker before attempting to sharpen by hand so I can obtain.030 angle.
