Stihl 362C Crankshaft Part Number... which one?

Hi!

Just looking to see if anyone can double check my brain capacity in reading IPLs... I'm looking to order a crankshaft for a 362C with serial # 189xxxxxx. Which one of these two should I order (#37 is just #38 plus a screw or something). I am just hesitant because it seems like I'm mostly seeing 1140 030 0400 on parts websites...

The 1140 030 0408. If I remember right they use 1 time use aluminium screws now.
