I have a Stihl TS 35O Super for trade or sale. I've had an offer of a Echo 701 VL is that a good trade? Only thing I have to work with being my Stihl Magnum was stolen

Here are the specs on that echo, 70 cc, 70s vintage saw, doesn't say when they ended production.

Probably a decent saw but I bet you can get a newer one if you are patient with the swap.
