Dual port muffler cover, or a mod to the existing cover. Beyond that, it'd be internal port mods. Depends on how much power you want/need/can afford.
Do a search on here for "044 muffler mod," and you'll see what I'm talking about.
P/N is 1128 140 0801 at your Stihl dealer. Should run you about $30.

Like what was already said dual port is the easiest and cheapest just don't forget to have the saw retuned as the extra flow will make for a leaner condition which can lead to problems.
