I have a used oem stihl 461 cylinder with piston. The piston is good and the cylinder has no scoring, but the spark plug threads were stripped and the threads were tapped to accept a m18 threaded plug for a chevy 350. Make me a fair offer. I have paypal.

Are the threads M18x1.5? Are there any fitment issues with the longer spark plug? Does it hit the cylinder cover, or will it stick back far enough to cause the boot to rub on the plastics? Do you have a price point in mind on it? Thank you.

I would have to double check the pitch of the thread. There were no fitment issues at all with the spark plug etc. Throw me an offer. Worst case I say no.

Measured the plug threads and yes m18 x 1.5
Thank you for the measurement, I dont think it will work for me. My inserts are M18x1.25 to get it back to the stock M14x1.25. I will do some more research on my end to see if I can find someway to make it work.
