So I have read that some of you guys are running this chain, and by the sounds of it very happy with it. Have any of you folks been able to get this chain from your locale Stihl dealer or have you just ordered it from Baileys?

What are the specs on this chain? top plate angle , hook angle?

The specs seem to be in the manuals for the saws that they outfit or will outfit with picco chain. The manual I downloaded is secured so I can't copy and paste from it but the numbers are 10 and 75 degrees. Get the manual for the 251 and go to page 51 for a bit more detail. I did ask about buying some but they said to re sharpen the picco super stuff which for some reason shops don't seem to stock. The stuff without the safety features is in a paper color catalog only the stuff with the 3 on the end seems on the website. I do not have any experience with chain saw milling. I have read some intresting threads on here and elsewhere about the drive sprockets for that chain.

Any competent Stihl dealer can order it for you. Helps to have the product number already and pay up front, as finding a dealer that has the saw dust bug is hard to find.

Well if any one has part numbers, could you either post them or PM them to me. I have a few avenues for Stihl dealers to work with. If the part number is different than the 63pmx.
