Yep, simple adapter you can carve out your own or buy them from the like of Cannon Works.

Buckin'Billy Ray had a video of using a big old cotter pin (split pin or whatever they are called where you live) cutting one leg to length, using the spread eye over one stud and wrap the other leg around the second stud. Simple cheap and works.
I found the inner race of a bearing was almost perfect (sorry, can't remember what size it was but I had a bunch of em so must've been fairly common)
I had to linish about 0.5mm off each face & about the same of the top & bottom to make them fit perfectly.
