Looks like a very handy tool if the chain works and lasts.
I've used the disk style wall/floor saws, and they're good at what they do but have their shortcomings.... a lot of which this style of saw would overcome. Due to the nature of it being a disk, you need a huge disk to get any sort of cutting depth. So standard disks dont quite make it through a double brick wall. You also can't cut a 90 degree corner which leads to a fair bit of cleanup work by hand later. One of the other problems is getting the disk style into tight spaces. Because of the size of the disk and guard, you often cant cut upside down, near the ground, in a corner or anywhere that's tight.
If the chain works and lasts, I think you could make pretty good money with this saw subbing in on jobs, or just hiring the saw out.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing Shaun. Use the disk saw to do most of the job then finish off the corners/tight spots with the chainsaw.
