I thought I was having a pretty bad month this month... been robbed 4 times, seperate incidents at different locations. Lost a silky sugoi, a good pair of loppers, a 6' wrecking bar, some small change disappeared from the truck and someone pinched my motorbike helmet :-(

Was talking to some guys on another crew though, and they somehow managed to feed a 260 into their chipper. Surprisingly, nobody really noticed. All it left was a bunch of little bits of plastic, no main body to be recovered. The bar was the biggest piece remaining. The chipper came out of it ok with a new set of blades... I would have thought there would be more steel in a saw, but I guess they're all plastic and aluminum thesedays.

Nice to hear somebody had a worse day then me :msp_thumbup:

Brings to mind....about 20 years ago I worked for a bigger company (for around here) and they actually had a huge burn pile out back. It was stopped long ago. Anyway, came in one morning and sitting on a piece of cardboard was a char grilled 028. oops. I was a nobody around there so I wasn't in any trouble but the owner was in the punch clock/coffee room and obv not pleased. I remember the 4 foreman just lookn at there boot laces.
