Check the usual - fuel filter (just replace it), fuel line etc. Also, your air filters may be blocked with concrete dust. Replace all three.

I see many cut-off saws like this. Some are simple and others won't run becaue the air filters were never changed, and the concrete dust got into the crankcase tearing up the bearings and damaging the seals. Bad seals will not allow the crankcase impulse pressure to pump the gas.

When you say wont take fuel, do you mean when you pull the trigger it will cut out? If so and air filter, etc are ok then you should rebuild the carb or replace it.

ts510 won't take fuel.

I cked the fuel filter and line,I have a full flow to the carb, took the carb off and cleaned it,there wasn't any dirt at all in it.I've had it appart 3 time's and am convinced it's not the carb.Just to make sure I didn't have a fuel problem in the tank I put a separate clear line on carb filled it with gas and started it,
It started but would not take gas out of line.
I did clean the air filter but I'm not using it while I'm working on it.
I did however blow smoke into the other line that goes from the carb to the crankcase and smoke came out around he shaft.
There is a seal around the shaft that I removed and I can see a snapring and the bearing's around the shaft. That seal did not fit tight around the shaft though,it wasn't even close.
I'm just a tinkerer and have no manual's or picture's to go by.
I have not taken the cylinder off or split the case.
The cylinder and piston are not scored, they look pretty good.
Thank You for any help

smoke in the impulse line? try a compression check and see if it has over 120psi. if it does pull the carb apart and spray every little hole with carb cleaner, pull the high and low screws one at a time and spray out the holes and the screws and make sure they are spotless. might need a carb kit. i have had carbs that looked perfect but had some grit clogging a hole that carb clean took care of.

If you had smoke around the crank, you have a bad seal. Bad seal means no impulse to the carb..

Check that there is no play in the bearings... One usually means the other with cutoff saws.

One part of the bore you can't see is beneath the intake. It's not unusual for a bad filter to have stripped the coating off the bore on the intake, but the exhaust etc looks fine.
