I'm looking to buy a used saw in the 60cc range, but can't decide between the 034 super and 036. Help me out on this, what saw would you get and why, I value this forums opinion very much. Thank's

036 for sure, i've had two of them and love them!!! very dependable and lots of power for their size and $$$:angel:

I would go the 036 due to age. It is the the next generation of the 34 super. You won't go wrong with either saw, but I would go for newer.

There is a mint 034S on eBay currently... lighter with same power as 036. Same powerhead as 036.

We used an 034 for years as a in the tree saw. I think it has been mentioned before here but one of the bar studs will pull out of the saw if you do not choke up on the wrench when tightening the nuts. We had to heilicoil that saw two or three times before we replaced it with the 044.
