So I just replaced the piston and cylinder on my 051AV (early model) and I'm trying to get the carb (Tillosten) tuned.
After the replacement, the saw fired right up and idled well, but the first time I pulled the throttle, the carb got stuck open so I pulled the carb off and cleaned it and it's now got the full range of motion again.
However, in the process I definitely adjusted the L and H screws way out of spec. I'm trying to figure out the stock starting point for them to use as a baseline for tuning the carb.
I don't have the 051AV manual (I requested one from the Stihl site some time ago but haven't got it yet) so I can't check there. The TS510 manual looks like it's 1/4L and 1/2H but I'm not sure that's the same carb.
Any experts have some insight?
