Strange Fungus On Apple Tree With Fire Blight

Last year our Apple Tree got complete fire blight, every leaf died and about 20% grew back after the initial die off. Earlier this spring I treated the Apple Tree with 10 ct. OTC (Oxytetracyline) Tree Tech, Microinjection Antibiotic, 10 mL. The apple tree leaves are full and lush and look healthy but we just noticed today that there are these white fungus spots growing on the tree bark. We counted about 20 of them (see photos). Any thoughts on what this is, is it related to Fire Blight? What should we do?

Those are wooly aphids, not a fungus. With that few, just scrape them off. If you get more horticultural soap or oil should take them out.
