This thing has become a thorn in my side
using the correct puller and grade 5 bolts (tiny m3) I tried pulling it off, added gentle torch heat around the center of the flywheel and ended up pulling the threads out of it. I went up to M5 bolts and the same results a second time. About to weld some 5/16 nuts to it and give it the business unless someone has a better idea/solution.

I have suspended the saw by getting some copper wire behind the flywheel on two sides.
Thread the nut out flush with the end of the crankshaft.
lift the saw a couple inches off your bench and give the nut a wack with a hammer.
Maybe add heat if it still doesn't pop

I left it outside overnight with the puller installed under tension and before it started to warm up for the day I heated it with a torch more than I would normally then wacked the puller stud a few times and it finally popped off. Its going to need a new flywheel as one of the glued on poles experienced glue failure and likely is what originally caused the saw to go down.
