Sub contracting

How does it work. I would like to sub out larger work in my area and do the smalll stuff myself. I also looking to sub out stumps. New Jersey area!

NJ isn't as big as Ca., but is a BIG "area...
I might be able to handle your stumps if you can line up a number of jobs.... if you aren't too far from Philly..
