Does anybody know where to get this in less a 2.5 gallon jug? I need enough for one apple tree. Or a good alternative. I have white mushrooms growing on a fire damaged limb.

Cut the limb off.
It's one fifth of the tree. Cutting it off is the last resort
The mushrooms are living on non living material. Killing them is not going to solve your problem.
The branch is still live and ready to leaf. The bottom portion of the limb could be damaged for the heat.
Leave it alone. There is nothing you can do to repair the damage or prevent further decay. The tree will respond as it should.
Will scraping off what is there be helpful?
If it makes you feel better. Honestly, the tree will respond to the damage in its own perfect way. Pictures would be helpful.

Mushrooms are a fruiting body. The real decay is inside the wood. Scraping mushrooms off is akin to picking apples off of a tree thinking you are taking out the tree.
Regarding getting the decay out of the tree...here is what I tell clients on a regular basis: If I could stop the wood inside of your tree from decaying, I could stop your deck and fence from decaying. If I could prevent decks and fences from decaying, you couldn't afford for me to be standing here right now
