Hey All,
I've been doing tree work for a long while, and just got around to starting my own service. Business is a'boomin right now... but as it is getting later in the year... I find myself thinking about the coming Winter months. This will be our first rainy season.
Now granted, I'm in California, SF Bay Area region, so the extremes aren't too bad. Mostly just the rain we have to deal with. But just the same, customers are not usually thinking about having trees done in Winter unless they're worried about something falling on their home.
Guess I'm mostly fishing for advice on how best to keep my new business afloat until business picks up again in the Spring. My experience is predominantly with the actual work, very little concerning the business end. We are learning that as we go.
Thoughts on this appreciated,
~Tom
