Been looking at buying a tach to help tune new 362 & 261. The one on Northwood Saw website is cheaper than the one on Madsen's. Any feedback on which one is better? Being new at "working" on saws, I could also use some advice on pulling limit cap on 362 and backing out H screw on 261. I'm a little gun-shy about just ripping into two brand new saws. Thanks in advance.

I got mine from edge and engine. It's the tiny tach and it was $80 or so.

Anyone use a Andytach? Not wireless and you wouldn't mount it on the saw but I figured it would help to check your tune. Def more affordable at $35.

Not that you're considering it but DO NOT cheap out and buy the one Amazon lists for $20. TERRIBLE refresh rate and readings all over the place. I took a shot at it and lost.
