CS-280E always ran like a top never had an issue. Recently sat a year after chain brake broke.
CS-3000 recently completely reworked after a stuck ring so it had been sitting up till now.
Both saws came back to life, ran fine for like a tank, and basically died from the same can of gas (the mix was good, if a bit rich on oil, other saws running fine on it)
The saws seem to over fuel and won't run normally not responding to carb adjustments except OFF on both screws meaning no fuel. They are not responding to new fuel.
