i have a teco vanguard v5a and it is stuck in the air , ground and bucket controls stoped working ,i have power to solinoid . any one able to help me or even tell me where i can find a manual? no luck on google

Is it just one control that isn't working, or are they all dead?

Buckets have "pilot operated check valves" that can stick closed. One cylinder not operating is likely caused by a check valve not releasing.

If the whole system isn't moving, it is almost certainly in the safety controls, providing the hydraulic system is working properly otherwise.

I can't help you with a Teco, I'm not really that much of a bucket repairman.
