Possibly a dumb question but, what is the official or accepted suffix for a certified ISA arborist? CA? I am getting my cards done up and I can't seem to find this answer anywhere...

CA is correct.

BUT! If you just add that, what does it mean to anyone who reads the card? On my advertising I have "ISA Certified Arborist" Sometimes I still have to tell people what ISA means but most make the correct assumption that it's some kind of trade or regulatory agency.

If you do use ISA, don't do what I did the last printing. There was too much space between the letters and the card read:

Tom Dunlap IS A Certified Arborist

The next printing, I had them move the letters closer together :)

On the back of my card I have the logos of all the trade organizations that I belong.

Tom

Anyone putting this logo on their cards?

I just got a bunch printed and did not think of it.

I put ISA into google and got

Indian Student Association

Incest Survivors Anonymous
