First many thanks to retoocs555, for parts and advice. Second to Bob Wright for his advice and knowledge. And many thanks to all of you guys for your help.
I started with a Lowe's Pouland pro That I wish I'd never seen, and Dad's old Remington SL14. Now look.
Pouland pro
Stihl 028(2) 021
Echo 452VL
Remington SL14(2), SL16(2), 754 Bantam, Logger, SL9, Yardmaster, Mighty Mite
Husky 390XP Only new saw in the bunch. Large son runs this thing.
Got all of them running Good except one SL14 the plug electrode distroyed.
This is one heck of and addiction. I wonder what to drag home next.

Your in good company with those 2 guys. They will go the extra mile to help you and give advice. retoocs555 is great on shipping etc on his used parts and saws, Bob W. did some great welding on my aluminum handle for me.
Thanks to all too.

Hmmm, saw list is shapen up there. Do you stop at all saw shops you drive by? Is Ebay chainsaw search at the top of your favorites list? You need to find a 66 Stihl or after 6 months you will be asked to leave here. If a 66 is not in the budget or your one of those rebel types a 395 Husky with proper excuses will be OK.

Dang Butch

Isn't the husky 390 XP big enough for a old man? Is age a good enough excuse? Little feller! That is what my 80 year old mother calls Matt, He's the 6'4" trooper that runs that monster Husky and likes it. I thing he likes pain myself.

Is that one Remington a 754 or a Bantam? Or do you have one of each? Either way, nice fleet so far.

There is only a 1 step program that I know of and it involves being cut so badly that you can't stand the sight of a saw after you recover. But this only works for some individuals, others no matter how bad they take it go right back.

I'd rather not end up participating in that program.

Thanks for all the props everybody

I currently know of no 12 step saw addiction programs. You are just stuck.
