good looking list, but the 372 and 460 are too similar. I would take the 372 over the 460 and then add a 346xp or dolmar 5100 in there for the mid range.

Whats the latitude of your island and what kinda trees are you cutting? How long are you planning on staying? You better be using Stabil in your fuel. Is there a good dealer on the next island? How much cutting are you doing? You just building a little hut or you looking to keep King Kong out? Bowsaw and an ax maybe a better choice.

What good is a desert island without a decent Echo?

Seriously I don't think you need chainsaws on a desert island. Where would you get fuel? Oh wait...by desert island do you mean Australia?

Settle down Stumper this here island is kinda big and sparse possibly a bit more than 4,000 miles from east to west.

But i luv it anway it comes i call Australia home and land of the free.

Mc Bob.

drop the 20t for a 346 husky problem fixed, and leave the 372 at home.

the 66 might be too thirsty with limited fuel.

a handsaw.

yes, it qualifies as the "worlds largest desert Island"! Hmmm, I though USA was "the land of the free"? Isn't that trade marked here?:)

I would have to agree with Freakingstang on cutting the 460 and i would also add the 346XP

I've seen those cartoons of desert islands. Only one palm tree in the middle.

I'd take the worst saws I could find. Ones that would never start. If I get one started, there goes my shade! :)

Only 4,000 miles if you are totally pissed and can't walk in a straight line. 2,500 miles E-W sober.

Any naked women?

200T
346XP
372XP

Anything bigger than what the 372 will handle will be bigger than what I want to mess with anyway. Unless I was going to set up a portable mill to make my own lumber to build a house. And a barn.

So add a Stihl 880.

I would not want to be without a 3 cube saw, and would drop the 460 to make room for it.

My MS200 would be a rear handle one.....
