About a week or so ago, I read a news story about someone dropping trees on Oregon Hy. 26 between Portland and Mt. Hood.

Then on the radio yesterday, I hear that the person strikes again, including utility poles too.

They have dubbed whoever it is the "Chainsaw Chicken"

I'm curious if they coined the name as a slight jab to get someone to brag.

Seems there would several ways to approach this for clues or evidence. The chips and the cuts may tell part of the story.

interesting story, someone doesnt want you going down that road anymore for some odd reason. I love the fact that neighbors are patrolling the street with shotguns and nnight vision goggles!!!

my real question is: how does a "driver crash into a topped tree"? i mean, it's not like it jumped out of the woods and into the road right in front of her. people need to pay more attention....

Wow thats crazy but the light pole is really dangerous , I can see how someone could hit that tree in the road thats really something serious , but what are they cutting them with hand saws I presume because a chainsaw running at night is really suspicious how hard would it be to find that noise ....
