Thanx, I thought so by the on/off switch. Just wanted to make sure. You'll love it when Dan's dunn with it. Rick/Saw Slut

I`ve got to second what Rick said, you`ll be very happy with it when Dan is done with it.

I`ve been running Jeff Sikkemas PP346xp and it`s a screamer, very nicely done.

Rocky,

My 346 XP-G is ~50% faster than my stock one. (G=Greffardized)

If you go to Walker's site, you'll see the dyno results. Even though they do much less porting, the 346 gains are still near 50%.
My 372-W is mighty fast, but a 2171-G handily beat it at Clearwater.

PP346

Rich Hoffman's computer is down but I talked to him tonight, he ordered another PP346 from DozerDan cause he likes the first one sooooo much. That's what he'd tell you, that's what he told me.

I got a camo Poulan that`s been tricked out with a purple Wildthing top cover that`ll spank Rich`s 346. Tell him for me , next time you see him. He was afraid to run his PP'd 7900 against my G357, maybe he`s game for this challenge.

Rich's PP7900

Rich said he hasn't had the PP7900 out for the past 6 weekends. He's been running the PP346, putting it through the paces. That PP346 is either going to perform or die trying. I'd pull out the PP7900 on some of the stuff he's attacked with the PP346 but then he's having so much fun with it he ordered a second PP346.
I doubt he'll give up the PP7900.Though the saw bug did bite him.

I've been putting my PP7900 through the hoops testing different chains and bar lengths to find just the right combination that works for me on different woods. That brick I hit yesterday doesn't count, it's not wood.

I see that Geofore has been talking for me! I had some computer problems lately, but all is well now. Geofore is right, I haven't ran the 7900 in about 6 weeks. Since the beginning of August I have purchased 6 saws: Solo 651P, Solo 694 and a stock Dolmar 7900 ( at some point this saw will go to Dan ). All purchased from Jeff Sikkema. A Dolmar PP7900, and 2 Husky PP346XP's That I bought from Dan. The second 346 is under the PP process this week. So you can see, I've been real busy with new saws lately, trying to give them all ample run time. The Solo 694 had a lean problem that turned out to be a split impulse line. This took time away from running the other new saws.

PP7900

Rich, do you have enough saws yet or is the bug still biting at you? Where you going to hide all those tools? Your going to have to build another garage to house them. I got to run another 4 tanks of gas through the PP7900 today, the wife is ready to shoot me. I told her I'd stay home tomorrow and Thursday to take care of the Honeydo list, it's going to rain anyway. Maybe I'll have some quality time with the saws after the Honeydo list is taken care of.:D

Does your wife know about your new love? Last I heard you hadn't told her about your new saws yet. Will you be going without nookie for the next 3 years? Will your HoneyDo list become a giant mountain, requiring all of your waking hours in order to keep peace in the house? Or are you planning an elopement with your new Power Ported love so you can spend endless hours together, enjoying each other's company?

Let's just say that what I buy for my business is my own affair!

:D :D :D

quality time

I got the first half of the Honeydo list finished, 48' of Hydronic pipe installed in the upstairs bedrooms, the heat is back on. The bathroom light over the mirror, on the first floor, now works when you throw the switch; bad starter. Ordered a custom made 3/4 mattress and box springs extra firm for grandma's room, 1850's bed, will be ready to pick up Friday after 3:30pm. Bought the new latches for the kitchen cupboards, Grandma can't reach the ones on there now (short people, you got to love em).

A buddy of mine called today and he will stop by tomorrow with three loops of chain to sharpen around 3:00pm and would I like to cut some firewood Saturday? The HoneyDo list stops at 2:30pm tomorrow and it's Quality time for me and the saws with an added bonus of a little firewood cutting Saturday. I ordered three Sherrill catalogs to pass around, Mikey and Ralph wandered off with my Bailey's master catalog Monday so I'll need extra Sherrill's to tempt them again and my buddy wants to look at the Alaskan Mill set ups. He may need a PP7900 like mine. Yhea, Quality time from late afternoon till evening. Me in the shop with the tools, chains to sharpen get the Dolmar cleaned up. Life is good.

Hi
Any man that tells you he is boss at home, will also lie about other things.
