today i had a chance at siting in the cab of a timber jack then i got to play with a harvester simulator of the same machine it is amazing that technology can do today. but i still like cutting with my chain saw.
the simulator and timber jack were located at the world forestry center in Portland Oregon. this weekend is there grand reopening bash.
I also watched chainsaw carvers and brought home a carved bear cub.
