timberwolf question

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone can give me the dimensions of a the pusher face on a timberwolf tw-5? I know there not very big. Trying to put something together for a buddy on the cheap.

TW-6 is 13" high (above the beam); 8" wide at the beam; 10 1/2" wide at the top.

do you know how high the cylinder pin is above the beam?

4 3/8" above beam to center of pin on fixed end.

Thanks, I would have thought the pin would have been centred on the push block. it would reduce the flex in the beam being lower, but I would have that it would wear funny. Does anyone have the dimensions for the tw-5 it looks like it is quite a bit smaller than the tw-6. It looks like it is 6" x 6", judging by the beam. I have a bunch of 6" flat bar kicking around.

TW-6: The sled is 14" long, including the push plate, which is 1" thick. The gussets are 8"x 8" triangles. Inside that are square gussets that flank the rod and hold the pin.

I can get you all the measurements in a day or so - its raining and the splitter is out in the wood shed - I will be out all day thurs but fri morning i can send you pics with specs etc

dang i just saw this and realized i forgot to get you the measurements sorry -- if your building one - build it to the tw 6 specs - I'm going to modify mine soon
