Chaps will be a must as well. I would love to go SW and work for awhile. Done a lot of backpacking and dual sport riding out in Nevada, Utah, and Western Arizona, along with thousands of miles of trucking thruout the SW. Cactus, and Joshua Trees can't be any worse then climbing Honey Locust.
