I don't think it's privett by the way. It has a reddish tint to the leaves which did not come out well in the photo

How you doing Mike? I think its some type of Ligustrum (privet) There's a lot of different kinds. Some the new growth is red. Most of the ones I see have small white flower masses and look just like the pictue when the flowers fall off leaving those little stick looking petioles.
They grow into small trees or are used for hedges as they have lots of secondary buds, the more you cut them the faster and thicker they grow. Then again I could be wrong.

Those are a species of sumac.

Yep, they get those big purple berry's that smell like chyat

I've been seeing those all over the place lately, they have the flowers wilted just like the pic. Some people have them as part of their landscaping, and I see them growing wild along side the road.
