tree sap problems

hi all,
one of my workers got ficus tree sap on the customer's front sidewalk. how the heck do i remove this stuff ??? :confused:
(please see the 2 pics attached)
 
With your tongue, you suck, so you should be good at it. Gasoline, if anyone else sees this.

Clearance, let's not get into all the "sap problems" you cause the customers while trimming trees while wearing spurs.

i'll try gasoline and mineral spirits...thanks
 
Hmmm, obviously thayt's not one of the items in your $40k tree business consultants package of savings. ;)
 
gas didn't work at all. so i poured some bleach on it and it worked perfectly. i didn't have to scrub it or anything. sidewalk is back to normal.
