tree sap problems

hi all,
one of my workers got ficus tree sap on the customer's front sidewalk. how the heck do i remove this stuff ???

Clearance, let's not get into all the "sap problems" you cause the customers while trimming trees while wearing spurs.

gas didn't work at all. so i poured some bleach on it and it worked perfectly. i didn't have to scrub it or anything. sidewalk is back to normal.

Sure thats not one of your workers BLOOD on the pavement after his $3 rope snapped or cut himself with the craftyman
