I have never really seen an 036 that much so it was as good of guess I could do.

The only model of those saws I have ever run is the 026 so it was a wild guess from all the bits of information I have read on here over the years.

So which one do you normally use when cutting firewood?

Well it depends on the wood but i ran the 036 pro a lot today. 12-20'' wood mostly. I prefer the 046 for bucking but like to mix it up now and again. I dont burn wood but help my buddy's cut quite a bit. We haul the wood with a small dump truck (GMC 3 ton).

I live in the country so i dont worry to much about where i park. People tend to stay clear of trucks with Springfield armory or Glock stickers in the window.
