OK, let me preface this post by saying that this is NOT a gag. The pictures that I'm posting here are not touched up in any way. Some of you know I was a tattoo artist for twenty years, but I swear, by the lives of my two daughters, that I did NOT fake what I'm posting.
Today I was pruning a Cedar Elm. I had my right leg braced up a branch as I cut a limb with my handsaw. The branch cut easily, too easily, and the handsaw slapped my lower right leg right on the thin skin over the bone. Instantly blood started soaking my pants leg. I came down on my rope, washed off with alcohol, slapped a bandage on and went back up. Tonight I took the bandage off to look at the wound. The wound is healing nicely, only three tiny marks, all scabbed. The pad of the bandage is what freaked the hell out of me. I looked at it and said, out loud, "Holy crap!" I took it into the den to show my gf and she got a sick look on her face and said, "That is really weird. I mean it is creeping me out, no joke." Take a look and let me know what you see. Again, this pad has not been altered in any way. Is someone trying to tell me something?
