Urban Forestry Program

Does any one here know of City-US, that has a great Urban Forestry Program?
I would like to take a look at it so I can compare it to a City that does not.

Mid-State Technical College...Wisconsin Rapids, WI...best in the Nation i think...check it out...the exact program they have is Urban Forestry...
