Used equipment US to Canada

Looking at buying a used chipper across the border.
Wondering if anyone in Canada has any experience with this good or bad.

I bought a stump grinder from the US 6 years ago. I had no problems and it worked out perfectly for me. The grinder was exactly as stated. I did buy it from a equipment dealer in Washington State.

Cross the border when you take delivery and drive it into Canada yourself.
That will avoid any problem. Just make sure it's registered, preferably to you.

You could just move to the US, it might be easier.
