Was looking at the indoor boilers, then went check out the yukon-Eagle indoor furnace, I know apples and oranges. The common point is to heat the house.

So, anybody out there have/had one of these? the website claims 50,000+ units sold.

are you looking at a forced air unit?....put one in for my brother-in-laws brother about 15 years ago(took it out 5 years later and installed a gas furnace) and they are a little hard to control the heat because the damper for the air to the fire box is controled by the t-stat and the blower is controled by a temp switch above the fire box and when the the t-stat in the house is to temp the blower will keep running to cool the fire box and can over shoot the house temp by 10 to 20 degres so you have to build small fires to keep it under control then your putting wood in it about every 4 to 6 hours or you'll roast yourself out of the house or open windows
