Im sure ill be ran in the ground for this post but can anyone explain what the reason is that they say not to use cpvc? I installed it with my hardy about 9 yrs ago and so did some of my neighbors 1 guy did his install 12 yrs ago and none of us have had a issue with it. So what's the deal?

I read that as well. Only reason that I can think of for not using it is that CPVC will not withstand temps above 200 degrees F. It becomes plastic at that temperature (softens up). In case of a boilover, that can be a problem.
But if your boiler keeps the loop temp below 200 F, that should not be a problem.
