If it was run then it's a used saw. If it was never in wood it's new. New is about $750 or so and used you might get $600 for one.

My dealer and several others. I paid less than 700 for both actually.

I'm not saying you're wrong, I was just curious as list on that saw is $960.00, dealer cost has to be somewhere around $750 assuming a 20% or so markup which seems normal.

I paid $675 for a regular carb and I believe $675 or $700 for the auto tune pho. That was in 2010 and 2011.

To me "New Old Stock" means never fueled. New means new, not used in any fashion (that's what Demo's are for). Old Stock means it's been sitting around for a while.

Right now a seller on the bay is selling a brand new 576xp with 20" b/c and full warranty for $750 shipped. Add in the porting, and Tlandrum's price is right in line.

If I were buying the same saw unused but from an individual, it would have to be at least $100 less for me to consider it. There are plenty of risks in buying from an individual vs buying new as we all know.
