I have a Vermeer BC1000XL chipper. I had the cover off for repairing a lot of cracks (Vermeer wants $1600.00 for a new cover 
) and one of my helpers moved the unit without me knowing about it. The control panel was hanging on the engine and it got run over and the harness just got ripped just under the frame rail in front. I can't pay what a new control panel/feed control and wiring harness costs so I am wondering if there is a source for some of this stuff used? Right now I have it running by tracing out the wiring and hooking up an automotive ignition and will hopefully get the feed roller relay logic figured out tomorrow. I still won't be able to control the feed the way the control does because the module, I think, senses the RPM of the engine and stops the feed rollers to let the engine get beck up to speed.
Any hlep is greatly appreciated.
