Does anyone know what this carb is off of? My old Stihl dealer installed it on my 026 because of the problems I had with the POS fixed jet carb. The problem is I need a rebuild kit and dont know how to get it from my current stihl dealer with oiut telling him what model it came off of.
I might also add the the carb has the numbers 34-171 on the butterfly and has wt22b and M8 on the body.

I would go to the manufacturers website, look up the model from there and then the rebuild kit for it, then as kthe dealer for the rebuild kit with the numbers on hand so I know exactly what I'm talking about. the walbro website is www.walbro.com Tillotson is www.tillotson.ie and I dont know about zama. I hope this helps.

I have some info showing the WT-22C for the 024S and 024AV.

Walbro #'s
Rpr kit 18157
Dia/gskt kit 18144

Dont see WT-22B, sorry

The walbro WT series carb is for 2cycle engines 14-50cc displacement that should narrow the search down some for you. I just looked at the website the carb you have either came off a Stihl 024 024AV or an 026 model saw as these are the only saws usung this model carb.

Sorry I made a mistake tha last time its a model made by stihl designated 1121 which uses a Walbro WT22B carb Sorry for the misinformation. I'm only one person though so I cant be perfect.

Ben,

The wt-22B is fine for your 260. The repair kit is a K10-WAT whereas the less inclusive gasket kit is a D10-WAT. FWIW, don`t buy these kits at your Stihl dealer unless you haven`t given blood lately.

You can get the K10-WAT kit from Bailey`s for $7.95. Sorry I couldn`t link to it from here.

I get stihl parts next day

\
k10 wat is the one you need works for WA and WT series carbs for the most part.
Got like 50 in stock

Man stihl is an expensive company to buy parts from, I havent given blood lately and Stihl aint getting my blood anyway.
