Is there a difference between a walbro WA199 and an HD199 ?

There is an HDA199. Never heard of a WA 199
According to walbro website WA carbs are for 14-50cc engines and HDA carbs are for 30-60cc.

Walbro.com is a pretty good website. They will answer your questions if you contact them. They have rebuild instructions too.
