I have an nice looking 025, I think may have been straight gassed as I saw scoring on the piston. Does start run and oil but I don't think it will idle for long and don't expect it has full power. Aiming to stick a bar and chain on it this week and try cutting with it and see if it will fine tune to run well enough. Likely I think it will need top end work and I think I have another 025 o ms 250 with a good top end but I need to double check. Probably will put it up for sale a little later after I see more what I have.

Did you ever find a saw? I got the MS250 squared away. It's listed on the Atlanta CL. Search MS250 and it will be in Pike County. I have about a half dozen saws listed on there now.
How about an MS310? I have a nice looking one of those for $285 (not currently listed)
