Wanted: Arborist

I'm looking for an Arborist in the Butler Pennsylvania area, one that comes highly recommended from his peers to help me prepare for construction of a new home on 26 acres. I'm interested in having an asessment of all trees around the site as well as any pruning needed before construction begins. Very pleasing to see a (future) homeowner spend the time and money to hire an arborist BEFORE the construction crews damage all the trees beyond repair. Wish more people would!

How did the trees do in the last big storm? A buddy of mine lives in West Sunbury and his trees were ripped up pretty bad. He's got about 15 acres of damaged trees some of which I planted years ago were toppled and some older white pines had the tops blown off, what a mess to clean up. Don't just look at the footprint for the driveway and house, the builders need a staging area to work in also. One other thing is the water run off from the roof will need to go somewhere, too much on the trees will not be good.
