Wanted: Poulan Pro S-25

I just recently discovered this saw and honestly I am a Stihl guy, but I can definitely take my hat off to this one. I just think it would be cool to have one of these as a climbing saw, seen as how they kind of started it all.

I had a brand new never ran S25AV posted up here a while back, made a deal to trade it but that still has not happened yet. I can get on the guy this week to see if he is still going to do the deal for it if your intersted in a new one.

I also stumbled on some new pistons for the 25 and S25 saws if needed.

Here are some pictures, it is missing the clutch cover. I put fuel in it and it caught on the 2nd pull. It fired up, ran a bit and then died. Think it will need the fuel system looked at, 140# of compression.

To reply...I would like only one. I do agree with Mr. Mark. I believe I saw a clutch cover for that on eBay. Oh, just curious, what is the rpm on these? Oh, I do live out in CT near Groton, to help determine shipping fees.

I did not know they made those with chain brakes. Did they some come with brakes and others didn't?

Canada made that happen, laws said all saws needed a chain break
