Like to buy a bar for my Super 2100 in the 48 to 60" range for a reasonable price. Please let me know what you have and how much.
Thank you
John

I'm on the east coast, I had a 36 in bar shipped from California a few months back through FedEx and shipping was around 20$

I sent a 60" to Boston last month and it was around $50. If adding 50 bucks doesn't bother you I know someone who has a few long roller nose bars he's looking to get rid of.

Depends on the price of the bars how much for one and is it a 60" roller or shorter? What shipping service do you use?
Thanks
John

I use fed ex. Once you go past 48" the price climbs quickly. The guy has a few 60's some 50's, a 72 and an 84. I'll see him Wednesday and ask what he wants if you're interested.
Is this going to be used or a wall hanger?

I have an NOS 5 foot hard-nosed HOMELITE large-mount bar and chain set-up I'd sell for 200 plus ship, or local pick up if you're close enough. If you're interested, I can e-mail you pics or put 'em up here tomorrow when I get back to the office.
Nothing at all wrong with the bar, mount just doesn't fit the saw I'd bought it for (750 Homelite).

FedEx is usually the cheapest, I use them as well. I am definetly interested in a 60. I can't imagine an 84 that's gotta be insane to actually try and use. Does he have a chain for it possibly? Wall hanger mostly I might actually throw it on the saw and try it once for the hell of it lol

Sounds like a great deal but I think I'm gonna hold out for a roller nose bar, but thanks for the offer

Yessir, it's .404 063, bar chain and sprocket come as one happy little family. Never used, only mounted once for a picture by the guy I bought it from (member here).

Definitely open for trade, had bought it for my '750 but being a large mount the bar doesn't fit the smaller mount saw. Whatcha got?

Ideally, I'd like to find a 50" roller or sprocket nose for the saw but that's not looking too promising. 48" .404 063 sprocket nose would make me happy, roller would be even better...

Here's a pic of the endcap from the box for the bar I have above:

Looking at the end cap of the box it's only 50inches long? Unfortunately the only small mount bar I have is 24in sprocket nose homelite bar that looks new and a few other random 24 inches but I'll check tomorrow if any other one are hanging behind the big mounts on the wall. I have a lot of older saws none are mint by any means but some are fairly nice anything other then a large small mount bar that you are looking for ?

A good woman who is taller than she is wide, can cook more than one good meal, properly cleans guns and prefers the smell of the old Hoppes no. 9 to the epa watered-down wash they sell today with the same label (there is a difference), knows how to keep my socks white, can sharpen chains better than the local shop and has a bass boat and isn't afraid to back it down the launch... :)

They stopped making those some years ago!

Lol yeah, you're right though they stopped making 1957 GMC Pickup Trucks a long time ago too but that ain't stopping me from looking for one!

My bar sold this morning, gents. John, good luck with your search and make sure you post up a pic of your saw with that new bar once you find it!
