Wards chainsaw info

That chainsaw is made by Mono with a Tecumseh powerhead should be over 100 cc mine is 130cc

Yours is a little bit different but finding info on these are a pain for me it was, I guessing $75 if it runs to most people just a wall hanger
 
if you can find the model number or type number I can try to look up more info.
 
A friend's father had one of those. His other saw was a Stihl 015 and the 015 is still in use on the original P/C. Those big old saws are cool to look at and probably a hoot to run for a cut or two.

The red one isn't an 8.1. It's either the 5.8 (95cc) or the 4.7 (77cc). Old PPs are fun to play with for under $100, but don't expect a rocket. More like an anchor. If you get it and the compression tests under 100cc, don't panic. These old flat-heads were never meant to make any more than that.

So $25.00 isnt a bad deal? If I did buy it it would be as a show piece/talking point.
