I just went with yellow jackets on my grinder because my supplier drug his feet and said green teeth has some problems with supplies. Now I read about Wearsharp Teeth, that sharpen themselves as they grind anyone try them? I need input thanks.

I've got some from the U.S., haven't tried them yet, sceptical until tested to be honest.

Will report when I get to use them.

I had some customers test the 1100 series and they told me that they lasted twice as long over the old version. I haven't heard any complaints on the other sizes. They do take longer to sharpen over the old version.

Hope this helps!

Hi Dave...I am under the impression that they would not need to be sharpened, am I wrong ??

Thx much..

Hi Bob,

At some point they will need to be re-sharpened per Green Manufacturing as I asked them the other day. It will take a little longer to re-sharpen them over the old version.

Hope this helps!

Hello Everyone,

When the Wearsharp has been rotated to its last cutting edge, all usable carbide has been worn away thus eliminating the need for sharpening.
Our main goal when developing the new tooth was to save our customers time and money. Diamond wheels and time are very costly.

Thank you
