weeping nootka

can 3 to 4 ft high weeping nootka and ponderosa pines be moved bare root if planted 2 or 3 hrs later? thanks in advance dave

I don't see why not, if roots are protected from sunlight, drying winds and kept moist. Best if done during dormancy. I've never done it though.
