What kind of maple is this?

Amur maple? I'm not sure.

looks like some type of silver hybrid. Perhaps an autumn blaze? Do the leaves turn red in the fall?

it's not an amur, those are small, more like a shrub

oh, just saw the leaf pic.... pretty sure that is an autumn blaze. Nice trees, I planted about 20 of em last year.

Yeah the leaf looked too broad for a silver maple. Sure looks like the autumn blaze leaf. Can't find any images with the same bark though.

Looks like a amur leaf, but if it is a bigger tree, its not, like said above, they are pretty small. I have 2, they are like a large bush. Mine are about 7-8ft. Those hybrids suck for street trees, after they get about 20ft. The citys can no longer plant them, they put a stop order on them. Weak branch attachment and wild, crazy structure, a beyaaatch to maintain after a few years when ya have hundreds or maybe thousands of street trees, through out a city.

I Agree with Patriot, Autumn blaze, has the narrow center opposite palmative five lobe, toothed leaf like a silver leaf, but turns orange to crimsion in the fall,
